Our Experience:

Penn Cable Assembly was established in 2016. The first employees of Penn Cable have 5 to 30 years of experience in the contract manufacturing of wire leads, cable assemblies, and wire harnesses, with a clear understanding of IPC Standards.  All employees realize that on-time-delivery with minimal lead-times is essential to satisfy customer requirements.

Our Services:

Penn Cable Assembly can support our customers from high-volume and low-mix product lines to low- volume and high-mix situations.  We specialize in custom cable assemblies for OEMs. Included in our product offering is the ability to cut, strip, and terminate wire on our state-of-the-art Gamma 333 PC wire processor. The use of the Gamma eliminates any quality issues since it is equipped with crimp force monitors for each press. Precision crimping to tight tolerances while allowing for quick change-overs and repeat-ability can be easily achieved.
